There’s common misconception, based on the belief that cancer cells thrive on sugar, that combination of honey and baking soda or maple syrup is not beneficial for cancer treatment.
There is a lot of evidence that this combination is in fact, extremely health – beneficial.
There is scientific explanation why this combination is particularly effective in cancer treatment. Because cancer cells are feed on sugar – they consume 15 times more glucose than healthy cells. When mix sugar-rich maple syrup or honey with alkaline sodium bicarbonate, this two bind together and now targeting “sugar hungry” cancer cells. Here maple syrup/honey sneaks the baking soda into the cells. In this situation honey or maple syrup acts like a “Trojan horse”.
Baking soda, is highly alkaline, which means it either kills the cancer microbe (hibernates them) inside the cancer cell and making the cell revert to normal. Also alkalizing effect promotes a fast pH shift which destroys the cell. High level of alkalinity actually lets more oxygen into cells, more than it can tolerate. This reverts the cells or kill before the sugar supply reaches it.
